Leticia Bufoni had not joined a board since her departure from Plan B. The proposals, having not missed, she finally joined Dwindle Distribution (Enjoi, Almost, Darkstar, Blind, Andale...) and laid the foundations of a new brand named Monarch Project. Sky Brown, who for several years was already part of Dwindle through her presence in Team Almost, also becomes ambassador of the project. The logo of Monarch was unveiled during the X-Games victory of Leticia Bufoni in 2021.

SKY BROWN
Sky Brown (ブラウン スカイ - Sukai Buraun in Kana) was born on 7 July 2008 in Miyazaki, Japan. She’s an British-Japanese skateboarder and she’s the youngest professional skateboarder in the world.
Her father, Stuart, is British, and her mother, Mieko, is Japanese. Sky Brown started skateboarding and surfing at the age of three. Her preschool had a skatepark, and her father built a backyard mini ramp where he skated every day.
Sky has a younger brother named Ocean, with who she often skates and surfs. Sky Brown is also a keen and accomplished surfer. Her 360s on open wave faces is one of her signature tricks.
Sky says she doesn't mind being the only girl at a skatepark because she wants to show everyone that "girls can do what boys can do."
Sky Brown was the first-ever female skateboard to land a 720 and 540 at the X Games. Tony Hawk once said Sky Brown is "one of the most promising park skaters on the planet with skills way beyond her years."
In July 2021, the Miyazaki-born won the women's skateboarding park gold medal at the X Games.
